DRESS
Being a majority Muslim country , many Indonesian women to wear long sleeved t-shirt and long skirt or trousers as well as covering their hair, we suggest that both men and women dress modestly during your time in Indonesia ,when you apply for your internship in Indonesia you will receive a dress code recommendation for the work place from your host organization.
this being said in particularly tourist spots such as Bali and Lombok T-shirt and short are often worn by both foreigner and locals alike !
